In our workshops, participants embark on a transformative journey into the heart of fear. Through a diverse array of exercises, we aim to not only confront fear but to deeply understand its nature and how we can navigate it effectively. Our sessions are crafted to foster awareness and insight, leading to a profound comprehension of fear's mechanisms and our responses to it.

The workshop activities are designed to engage both mind and body, including:

  • Trust Exercises: Activities to build confidence in oneself and others.

This collaboration workshop with Charlotte Teunissen will be looking at how we can raise awareness in these challenging moments that create fear and see how we can make a conscious choice in our way of perceiving and behaving. Choosing to be curious in these situations and moving forward from a place of love and joy instead of fear and aversion.
